Staging & Styling: choosing and arranging furniture, art, accessories, soft furnishings -either using your existing items or sourcing/renting pieces that make the presentation pop.
Photography & Visuals: editorial-level interior and exterior images; lifestyle photography where needed; visuals ready for brochures, PR, websites, and listings.
On-Site Direction & Coordination: we can manage location styling, oversee installation, lighting, and detail work to ensure everything looks perfect in person and in photos.
Remote-Friendly Process: handle the brief, mood boards, material selection, and virtual walkthroughs via video/photos where needed - ideal if you're working internationally or not based locally.

Standard Staging + Photography (1-bed flat / small project)
- Styling of main reception room + bedroom, photo shoot (10-15 images), hand-picked accessories & lighting, basic furniture rental or using your furniture

Full Project / Show Home Styling + Photography (2-3 bed)
- Full staging of all principal rooms, rental furniture+art+accessories, styled photographs of interior & exterior

- Virtual or in-person styling advice, mood boards, layout planning, accessory sourcing for photography (no furniture rental)

HOW IT WORKS
Initial Brief & Assessment: you share floor plans, photos or video walkthroughs, target dates, style direction and branding brief.
Proposal & Mood Board: we present staging / styling visuals, furniture / accessories options, and photography plan.
Styling & Installation: deliver, arrange, and style the space onsite (or using rental pieces if preferred), ready for photo shoot.
Photography & Retouching: editorial‐style shoots, image selection, editing, delivery of high resolution assets.
Asset Handover & Marketing Use: images, and styling guide, used by you for your listings, portfolio, PR. We ensure all visuals match your brand standards.
